Welcome to PARIDON. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PARIDON website and your purchase of products from our online store.
By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our applicable store policies.

4. Product Pricing
All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The applicable price at the time the customer successfully places the order will generally apply to that order, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, PARIDON reserves the right to contact the customer and offer the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order and process an eligible refund.
5. Orders
When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.
An order may be subject to verification and availability.
PARIDON reserves the right to cancel or reject an order in circumstances including:
- Product being unavailable
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Technical or pricing errors
- Delivery restrictions
- Other legitimate operational reasons
If PARIDON cancels a successfully prepaid order, the eligible amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment/refund process.
6. Payment
PARIDON accepts online/prepaid payments through the payment methods available at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available on eligible orders and PIN codes.
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment service providers. Their applicable terms and policies may also apply to the payment transaction.
7. Shipping and Delivery
PARIDON provides shipping across India.
Orders will generally be dispatched within a maximum of 3 business days, subject to exceptional circumstances.
Delivery time varies according to the customer's location and PIN code. Some orders may arrive in approximately 5 days, while certain locations may take approximately 10 days or longer.
PARIDON does not guarantee same-day, next-day, or any fixed delivery date.

8. Order Tracking
After dispatch, customers may receive applicable order and shipment information, including tracking details and AWB/tracking numbers where provided by the logistics partner.
Customers are responsible for using the tracking information provided to monitor their shipment and ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate.
9. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.
If a cancellation request is received and successfully processed before dispatch, the order may be cancelled.
For prepaid orders successfully cancelled before dispatch, the eligible amount paid will be refunded.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted and may be rejected by PARIDON.
10. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
PARIDON provides a 7-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery for eligible requests.
Customers are responsible for checking the product size chart before ordering.
For size or fitting-related issues, applicable return/exchange shipping charges may be payable by the customer.
Where the wrong product or a product damaged/defective due to an issue attributable to PARIDON is verified within the applicable 7-day period, the customer may be eligible for a full refund or free exchange without applicable return shipping charges.
Customers may be required to retain the original packaging, invoice, tags, and other materials for verification.
11. Verification of Claims
PARIDON may verify return, refund, exchange, damaged-product, and wrong-product claims before approving a request.
For order protection and verification purposes, PARIDON may maintain records of its order packing process, including packing videos.
If a claim is found to be false, fraudulent, misleading, or inconsistent with available order or packing records, PARIDON reserves the right to reject the claim.
12. Intellectual Property
All content available on the PARIDON website, including but not limited to:
- Brand name
- Logo
- Product photographs
- Graphics
- Designs
- Text
- Product descriptions
- Website layout
- Other original content
is owned by or used by PARIDON with appropriate rights and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
